Die SXSW war wieder ein sehr spannendes Ereignis. Dieses Mal habe ich mir besonders Vorträge angehört, bei denen es um Management von digitaler Produktentwicklung und Management im Allgemeinen ging. Einige Zitate sind hängengeblieben:
Paradox of lean startup: do something small to conquer the world. In companies, there is no commitment for iteration
Managers care about growth, not innovation.
Don’t ask for more money unless you have learning.
Entrepreneurship has to be a corporation function.
If you hate big companies, why do you try to build a new one?
The job of the CEO is not to preserve the culture, but to change it. This is good. Stop whining about it.
The product is the product. The culture is the next 100 products.

You aren’t a startup anymore when you have employees, i.e.: not everybody is on a mission, instead they ask for a career.
I made a lot of mistakes because I made decisions based on numbers, not culture.

On interviewing: Learn about your biasis.
Accept and embrace change. Human can hear everything as long as it true.
